Dental Assisting [Holland College]

The Dental Assisting Program is a comprehensive Level II program, accredited by the Commission of Accreditation for the Canadian Dental Association. The dental assistant is an important member of the dental team, utilizing his/her skills to provide knowledgeable and efficient dental care to patients, in a variety of dental procedures (i.e. restorative, oral surgery, orthodontic, endodontic, preventative and laboratory).

Music Performance [Holland College]

The Music Performance program will train musicians for the commercial music and entertainment industry. Students will be able to interpret and perform many contemporary music styles such as rock, country, funk, R&B, jazz, Celtic and world music and have a strong understanding of the theory, analysis and influences of contemporary music styles. The integrated training model used in this program provides students with a coordinated pathway taking them from pre-apprenticeship training through to a Certificate of Qualification with Red Seal. It includes all aspects of program delivery including 'on campus' training at Holland College and 'in industry' work placements. Under Provincial Legislation, registration as an apprentice working under the guidance of a journey-person or a Certificate of Qualification is compulsory for the trade of Automotive Service Technician.

Aircraft Turbine Technician Program [Holland College]
